beautiful new property, great tour!
Friendly leasing staff member Joakima gave us the best tour our of all the properties we been to. Made us feel at home literally. The presentation was above and beyond explaining not only the amenities but also each of the apartment’s features. If your looking for a new apartment, this is the place.

Discrimination
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hanover Laguna Niguel Apartments. The management engages in practices that I believe are unlawful and discriminatory. Despite meeting the necessary qualifications and offering to provide additional documentation to address concerns, my application was unfairly denied. When I attempted to escalate the issue and seek clarification, my requests were ignored, leaving me feeling dismissed and treated unjustly. I would not recommend this property to... anyone seeking ethical and fair treatment.

Superior service!
Victoria was absolutely superb! She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helped provide answers to all our detailed questions. There were so many different floor plans and options to choose from. Beautiful property and A+ all around!

Great Service
