Best Complex in OC
I've been living at Vilara for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I looked at so many different complexes throughout Orange County and fell in love with Vilara after my first visit.
The entire staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment I had called in. The apartments have all the modern applicances you could need and all the apartments boast luxury from all their finishing touches. I love the layout as well.
The complex has a next level gym thats open 24/7 and has an amazing... pool / jacuzzi.
Everyone that works there has been always been amazing and is one of the main reasons why I moved here and continue to live here as well. Thank you Veronica, Paulina, and Rick for making this such a great community to call home

We love living here - whole new perspective on renting
I’ve been a resident for nearly 2 years and at this point I have a good analysis for an accurate review and is long overdue. Most people will only come on to leave bad reviews so you won’t see all the positive things everyone has to say. As the saying goes: ‘No news is good news’. Anyway, here’s some good news: The Vilara has been awesome to live in, it totally gave me a whole new perspective of renting. I never really lived in an apartment complex before and have been saving to purchase a... single-family home for some time now and things just have not lined up for us. Living here has reduced the urgency to buy a home as it has become “home”. Since I’ve been living here they brought in a property manager Rick who has been making positive changes to the place and making sure to upkeep all the common areas. He is very responsive when matters need attention or he needs to contact vendors on certain issues. He’s brought in a really sweet water filtration system, a bunch of new tesla charging stations, always upkeeping the gym and making sure things are always working properly; keeping tenants in order and trying to make everyone happy. As an HOA president, I know that it can be difficult pleasing everyone, because realize early on not everyone has common sense. Veronica is always a joy to see when coming into the office and is always attentive when I have any billing inquiries or any other issues for that matter when Rick is not in office; everyone in the office is great and easy to work with for that matter. Mario, who is head of the maintenance crew is very responsive as well, he practically comes the same day to make repairs if/when he can and always respects our home. I see him around all the time making repairs to the common areas as well. Because of him things are never broken for long. It’s nice to have someone here handy and capable of making repairs on the spot instead of having to wait for a vendor or proposals to come in before hiring a company. So in summary, living here is great, we’ve mad a lot of friends and enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer. For the people who are not so pleasant here, they just keep to themselves, which is fine by me. Unfortunately, management probably has to deal with them, so kudos to them for tolerating. You’ll have to come see this place for yourself so you can see why we love living here.
