Things happened that could have been avoided but once a mistake was made the management was very helpful in coming to an agreement and fixing it. They work hard and I appreciate the team here but unfortunately the overall experience here was not good

Ridgestone has been extremely accommodating and friendly with all their procedures for both move-in and living arrangements. We are so close to every convenience! So far, 10/10 living arrangements.

I have had several issues and requested maintenance several times and none have been fixed even the one that they put down as fixed, it was not even touched I even provided pictures to prove it was not fixed at all. These complex apartment are horrible

Need better trained customer service/Font Desk personnel. The current team lacks listening skills and comes across a bit aggressive…
Overall, I do enjoy living at The Ridgestone.
