Best place to live

the staff has always been great. yes there are loud noises but that's just anywhere you're going to live with other people the managers have done everything we possibly can to take care of me and my family. anytime we have an issues a managers do everything within their power to resolve it. if you are going to move here it is been one of the best places that I have lived at since basically being an adult. the managers in the staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get as much. he... make my and my family's life are as comfortable as possible it is a great place to live.

Do not move here

First off this place is dirty and loud. Second, there is trash everywhere and a couple of times people found used condoms on the ground. There are grown adults fighting and not to long ago a dead body was found next to the building. Apartments get broken into and apartments getting shot up a few times. This place should charge no more than 500 a month and that's being generous. Last but not least staff is good, they try their best to clean up this place but the people are ghetto and kids are... just running around everywhere destroying property with no parental supervision as late as 10pm and worse in the summer.
If you chose to rent here. Good luck getting sleep.
Ps. Swimming pool is only open 3 month out of the year and it's dirty and usually gets closed after a month being opened.

Windrose Apartments is a wonderful place to live

I just moved here, office and maintenance personnel are very nice. I got one car garage, I also love that, I only pay $875.00 a month. I only pay gas and electricity. I was living at a property that I was paying every single bill. I feel that I will save some money, by moving to Windrose. There is a wonderful swimming pool and gym that will be useful in the summer. I like the fact that there is no assigned parking, Because I can park anywhere I desire.

Don't move here

So let's begin with the staff. They are nice enough, but it's unprofessional. It does not seem to me that they have any training in business or cutover service/ relations, due to the fact of how they run the place. If there is an emergency you cannot call the emergency line. It's someone personal cell phone that you call. Parking is not assigned so lots of cars who don't even live here just park for days or weeks on end. Lots of broken down cars just sit here. They want nearly 900 dollars for... the apartments that desperately need revamping. Lots of the Windows need replacing as well as the doors and doors jams themselves. People have cars broken into and there aren't cameras that work when you need them too or enough of them. It may seem nice, but for the price just go somewhere else.
