Seaport should be more mindful of there tenants. You should have better security. It's not fair to have to pay extra to park, that wasn't in the contract some car don't run a lot of them park anyway with no sticker I feel that wrong period. Most of us pay instead of walking 3 blocks to your get to your door I'm older and that hard on me physically and financially.

Like every Apt building living situation there will always be ups and downs. As of my current situation, I love the unit and building I'm located in. I have never had a problem that the maintenance crew couldn't fix in a timely manner. But I most especially LOVE MY NEIGHBORS, we are all very quiet, clean and respectful to one another. I've been a resident at Seaport Village for 16 years and it's a friendly and family community, living among happy neighbors and my neighbors are RESPECTFUL. The staff at Seaport Village are friendly and caring. I have no problems living here .

Seaport Village offers great maintenance attention gardening and grounds are kept very clean. Clean laundry rooms available.
