The apartment building has a cozy vibe and everyone's respectful. The manager Danny, is one of a kind. He's friendly, professional and truly cares about the tenants. He handles all issues and concerns in a timely manner. Always felt safe and comfortable living here.

A Good Price For What It Is And Has A Great Building Manager
This apartment is a good price for what it is. I found it a comfortable place to live despite not having many bells and whistles beyond the pool. The building manager Danny has always been responsive to tenant needs and easy to work with during the leasing process. He was a great building manager to have.

The building manager.
Although the building is slow in it being "up and coming," the one saving grace is Danny, the building manager. Even-tempered, helpful, manages expectations while assisting you in navigating the bureaucracy. It's rare.

Mediocre
While the size and amenities of the apartment are good to have (pool, on site laundry) the management of the complex is absolutely attroticiois. They do not respond to maintenance requests whatsoever and with an older building there are many things that need to be fixed and there's no way to get it done.
