One Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of West Los Angeles

Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of West Los Angeles. Spacious Balcony facing North that views the picturesque Santa Monica Mountains, and enjoys the cool,Westerly breezes that come from the Pacific Ocean. You are only three miles from the beach at Santa Monica, two miles from Westwood and the U.C.L.A. Campus, less than two miles from Brentwood, Bel Air,and the Hollywood Stars. You are also two miles from Century City, and within easy access to the San Diego and Santa Monica Freeways.... My apartment has kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hallway, and a large bedroom with a spacious closet. I have lived in this friendly neighborhood for over forty years, and would not think of living anyplace else. I live across the street from Brockton Elementary School, and one block from University High School from which Hollywood Legend Marilyn Monroe graduated from in 1944. The streets are clean and tree lined, and there are many condominiums and townhouses to attract young adults.
