This is a great building. controlled entry, quiet neighbors, laundry and dryer on site. Everything is clean as well. It's not the newest of places but it's a great value. Tandem parking is ample and there are plenty of restaurants to walk to in the area. Ralphs, Trader Joes, and Walgreens are a short 3-4 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this apartment building!
