Not livable, Plumming issues. Building ran down. Tenants do not clean up after pets. Management not transparent with tenants. Animal hairs in washer and dryer, can’t even wash cloths in washroom, dirty!

Could not get out of here fast enough
This property is really run down and has no actual property management whatsoever. The laundry machines constantly break down, theres no office to call or available during the day for tenant questions/concerns. The walls are extremely thin so you hear everything and they literally tried to take as much of my security deposit as they could when i moved out.

Outdated facility and incompetent management
Lived here for almost 2 years and went through several different property management. They constantly switch up management and make it extremely difficult to find a point of contact. This newest company who bought the building are FINALLY doing much needed renovations but mainly only external AND during a pandemic. CONSTANT in and out workers without masks not being at all conscious of the noise their causing with all this construction and with zero consideration that most of us are working from... home at this time and have to deal with it all. They also raised the rent of vacant 2 bedrooms DURING A PANDEMIC.
Aside from the awful management and poor upkeep, the unit is fulll of dogs. Not the cute, well mannered kind. But the kind with irresponsible owners who let them roam off leash and bark at any and EVERYTHING. Of whom often pee in the halls and not cleaned up after.
Trust me, especially for the ridiculous price, there are far better options to call home
