Every single morning (8:00-9:00AM), the parking garage smelled weed. During night, there are people peeing outside, you can also smell it during the night. Besides the bad smell, I have contacted the leasing office before signing the contact, they promised that there is no changing in management team. However, they have changed! Now they are under Moss Company, which is 2/5 rating here. The management never response to any requests, all they do is finding excuses and do nothing!!!! Do not live... here! You will certainly regret about it.

I love the amenities.
The management is very professional. Maintenance is great. They take care of the issues in 24 hours max. I am a happy renter. I highly recommend this place

Best value as a luxury building in Los Angeles
Property is very well maintained. Maintenance is always available. A lot's of amenities with quality equipment. They really take care of the place good. Units are very large and specious. Management is very professional and quick to respond to any issue. I haven't seen any residential buildings respond work request as quicker than The Woodmere team. I highly recommend this building on top of your building search. Good luck.

This apartment building is great to its tenants and has a lot of amenities. The location is not too far from Santa Monica and is a good neighborhood to live in.

A decent place to live in west LA
The Woodmere Apartment offers luxurious living environment at a reasonable price. Staffs are responsive and friendly. Only downside so far is the road noise on the Sepulveda side.
