I have been a resident here for the past year and within that year I have had 6 packages, & over $1600 worth of items stolen from me - there are messages displayed that cameras are available in the mail room, but after repeated, and I mean repeated (3x a day phone call kind of repeated) attempts to have the landlord fix the cameras, they have never been fixed and packaged continue to go missing. This is beyond the absolutely disgusting smells that waft throughout the apartment at all hours of... the day because trash is hardly, if ever, changed. I'd avoid this place like the plague, especially if you value actually ever receiving anything in the mail.
