We are five blocks from the beach, three blocks from the Abbot Kinney Strip, three blocks from Restaurant Row (Rose Avenue) and Whole Foods. We are in the newly fashionable Oakwood neighborhood where folks have pride of place and greet each other as they walk, skate and bike around.
