Huge, fully-furnished loft-style 2 BR/4 BA penthouse home with 20' ceilings, Rainfall/Steam Showers, whirlpool tub with changing LED lights, state of the art kitchen, PRIVATE rooftop deck with 200' views of the city, fire pit, 2 BBQs and outdoor shower (yup!).

This furnished Penthouse in prime location is a hard-to-find gem in L.A.! Entryway captures you right away with impressive 20' ceilings and a winding staircase and designer chandeliers, leading you right into the main living area (bedrooms are upstairs). Large living room with views and a balcony, 2 designer bathrooms downstairs, formal dining room, and kitchen island for less formal meals. This house has the feel of a modern hotel with the comfort and amenities of a home, including a private rooftop with views of the entire city, two (2) large bedrooms with California King beds each with their own en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Master also has 2 sinks and an additional jetted 2-person jacuzzi tub with LED lights (change colors to suit your mood :-)), and heated toilet seat. One of the downstairs bathrooms has a steam shower. Every room has a beautiful view of the city, including palm tree-lined streets that look unreal when the sun is setting. Walker's Paradise! Score of 93. Just behind Cedars Sinai, walking distance everywhere! Walk to Trader Joes, restaurants on 3rd, Kreation, the Ivy, high end shops on Robertson, Beverly Center Mall, Beverly Connection (Target, CVS, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Saks Off Fifth, TJ Max, etc). 5 minutes to the Grove on one side, Melrose Place, Farmers Market, etc., and 3-4 minutes to the heart of Beverly Hills on the other. You won't find another unit like this in such a central location (I've looked)! Incredibly central--drive pretty much anywhere from the beach to downtown in 20 minutes or so.

IMPORTANT: The second bedroom has 4 large closets for clothing - more than you could need. The master closet is locked for safekeeping of personal items but can be opened up for longer stays. We can also provide extra free-standing clothing racks on request.
