Lived here for ~ 15 months. Multiple trespassers (including theft), water meter wasn't installed correctly so I was hit with a $400+ dollar bill (and expected to pay immediately), dishwasher broke over 3 times, and I was initially overcharged for repaint and cleaning after moving out (totaling almost $1k in security deposit deduction).

Pros outweigh Cons
PROs: Beautiful brand new well designed property, south west side of unit with ceiling to floor panoramic windows showcasing stunning views, stellar staff with quick response time and very attentive, top quality appliances, roof top pet play area, first floor bike storage unit, sizable deck with amazing glass walls and attached outdoor storage unit. *Secured building. Convenient location close to beach , downtown LA, mall and airport. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to store, gym, food.... Online portal for payments and maintenance request. Complimentary internet first year. Conference rooms. Trash chutes. Dope remote controlled shades. Smart thermostat.
CONs: Very minimal closet space ( no coat closet, no linen closet, bedroom closet in higher cost units are not walk-in and limited space). Limited 2 drawer storage under sink in bathrooms. Floors are vinyl faux wood ( not hardwood as listed ) that takes away from quality esthetics of rest of unit. Gym is small. *Subterranean garage is not gated with security guard only posted in evening hours. Roof top deck no furniture or grills as of current. Rent cost even with new build move- in special is above average (for the area and comparable square footage) for the higher cost units. Covers no utilities cost at all as most apartments complexes include at least water or gas.
