I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I love this place. It’s pretty quiet here even though we’re next to this concert hall it’s pretty calm. You can hear your neighbors here and there but if you’re able to approach them, people are pretty nice here. The staff handles things well the parking is very easy. I love my amenities if something breaks down they fix it right away. It’s quiet nobody bothers you. It’s a vibe. The closets are huge and they have cute little parties. It’s a good place to live... if you’re coming to downtown even for a year it’s a good deal. There’s a lot of apartments down here and they suck. I looked everywhere. The price is good. You can’t beat this square footage. Definitely move here. It’s a good time.

The apartment itself is great—modern layout, clean common areas, and well-maintained. However, there are major downsides that impact the experience.
There’s no sense of community—no group chat for residents, no events, and little engagement. The leasing office is slow to respond, making simple issues, like correcting my pet fee despite early ESA documentation, unnecessarily drawn out.
The biggest frustration is EV parking. I was assured there was no waitlist before moving in, only to find out... after signing that there actually is one. Meanwhile, non-EVs occupy designated EV spots, and despite promises of availability by the end of January, I’m still waiting with no clear timeline.
While the living space is great, management’s lack of responsiveness and transparency can be frustrating, especially for key amenities like parking.

Apartment is really nice. Community has lots of events that they offer. Location is nice too. They send emails for fun events around the area for the weekends. Building events are posted in the elevators and also sent out through email.
