Service requests take forever to attend to. The appliances are really old (I'm talking 70s and 80s old). My oven broke 2 months in and the oven kept dissipating heat throughout the apartment. The kitchen was keeping getting hot and I called maintenance and they said if its an emergency call 911. They came to look at the problem 6 hours later. There is a big bug problem that management would not want to take care of. The prices are also very high for the amount you are paying.Now they have... remodeled units still better options in Palms area.RUN A AWAYYYYYY

Horrible place to live if I could i would give them zero stars
Service requests take forever to attend to. The appliances are really old (I'm talking 70s and 80s old). My oven broke 2 months in and the oven kept dissipating heat throughout the apartment. The kitchen was keeping getting hot and I called maintenance and they said if its an emergency call 911. They came to look at the problem 6 hours later. Very convenient location with planty of city transportation to UCLA and neighborhoods. Gated community with assigned parking, swimming pool, yard with good landscaping, staff and maintenance available. Good and safe area, walking distance to grocery, services and food places.
