Smells of pot everywhere. The skunkiest stink in the world
Several apartments in the building are full of drug addicts who smoke pot all day and night. The blow it out the windows and upwards and out to the whole neighborhood. This building is the grossest stink in the world. No fresh air. The stink emanates everywhere. You will get no break at all. Run for your life.

Very rundown with mold
The building looks rundown when you pull up to it. You can see that in the pictures displayed by the management. There is a lot of mold from years of leaky pipes which you can tell because you can see the rusty water stains all over the place, under the cabinets, in the garage, where most of the pipes end. You can see it in the pictures posted too, if you look closely. The building was built in 1969, not 1994 as listed. The furniture in the shared area is mostly outdated. The place reeks of... marijuana despite being listed as a “no smoking” building. It generally smells bad because of the mold too. The appliances are the cheapest you could buy with dishwashers from the 80’s and AC units over 50 years old and filled with mold. The sinks are tiny, the opposite of “cooks kitchens”. I think they virtually decorated that one apartment because nothing in that building looks like that. Scroll sown to the real pictures with broken fixtures and closet rods and dirt everywhere. The place should look like those pictures if anyone cared enough to take proper care and tend to the maintenance as it should be. They should also apply to the city to change the address. You don’t even see that number “666” on license plates!

We're sorry you did not have a good experience in our building. Our building was remodeled in 1994 so that date is correct. We are continually keeping up the building maintenance and have no mold in the building. The units have been updated with... beautiful "wood" like laminate flooring, new quartz counters and all of the units are spacious, light and bright. Our tenants are very happy living in the building and that is why it is 100% occupied. The location is brilliant as it is easily accessible to the 405 freeway and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Brentwood.

Great Location!!! VERY SPACIOUS!!!
You can't beat the location and you can't find apartments this size anymore. Lots of closets and the living room is so roomy! Great to have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi on the property as well. Really great apartment!!!
