Great apartment in nice neighborhood

Our apartment at 1616 N. Normandie is great. We are renting a studio but it almost feels like a one-bedroom. The ceilings are very high, large windows and hardwood floors. There is tons of closet space and the kitchen is about twice the size of most apartments and includes a dining nook. The building is well managed and maintained by Statewide enterprises. It's walking distance to the redline and several grocery stores, as well as all the restaurants on Vermont Ave and Barnsdall art park.... Overall a great neighborhood.
