Perfect apartment. Cute, comfortable and in the best possible West LA location. I am completely spoiled by living 2 steps away from a grocery store. Management is friendly and attentive. I think I'll grow old here.

Space & Convenience
Great & quiet building. Well attended to by on-site manager. Apartment itself is spacious, full of storage and comes with a detached single-car garage. Laundry on-site. Very close to the I-10 and not far from the 405 either. And the basics (grocery, dry cleaner, pharmacy, etc) are all within a few minutes walk. And downtown Culver City is just a bit farther at a 20 min walk.

Nice Apartment, Some Issues
I have lived in the building for around a year. Lots of turnover in neighbors, and some issues with the building. Some noise issues from rude neighbors, and a garbage chute that is always blocked.
There is an on-site gym, but most of the machines are old and broken.
The apartments themselves are nice and big. Rent prices in the area keep increasing, and keep pushing people out.
