Questionable staff

Have been trying to get ahold of someone at the front desk and they are continuously rude and carry an attitude for no apparent reason.

Stay Away

It’s a churn and burn “luxury” (see: old and leaky but new paint) bldg where owners are giddy to see constant turnover of units so they can relentlessly raise rent. If you live here, your rent WILL go up 10% every 12 months without fail. Go find a bldg where landlords want to retain tenants.

Great landlord

I have a very basic studio in the heart of Culver City. It has a remodeled bathroom which looks great, a huge walking closet, and a small kitchen area with a sunk and fan which is a huge upgrade from most studio apartments in the area. The apartment is also gated.

The landlord is very responsive and willing to remodel whatever is needed.

Only set back is that the street parking here is very scarce.
