Overall Very Pleased

My roommates and I first fell in love with this apartment because of its openness and great natural lighting. It was our favorite place that we had seen but getting the apartment was a bit of a problem. It is possible that we were overcharged when paying the security deposit but I still think it was worth it. I have been living here for 3 months now and still love it. Lots of storage space, great location, nice neighborhood, and the building is quiet for the most part. This complex does not have... a pool or workout facility but that is really the only downside so far. I love where I live!

Beach and city adjacent

A fairly recent constructed building that has many nice conveniences .... in-unit washer/dryer hookups, elevator, gated garage and enclosed entry, balconies, air conditioning, good closet/storage space, nice sized bathrooms.
Also located just minutes from the beach, LAX and surrounding city shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately within any major city there tends to be the downside of some crime. The area has on occasion experienced low level crime of car break-ins and stolen bikes. That said,...
the majority of the area is quiet/low-key.

Fairly recent construction

The building was built in the mid-2000's. It has some more current features.... in-unit washer/dryer hook-ups and good sized bathrooms. Additional features include an elevator, gated parking, and balconies. Located near LAX, shops and restaurants.
