As a renter, I believe the most important aspect of apartment living is the ability to address unexpected situations effectively. Since moving here from Finland in 2021, I have consistently had positive experiences with maintenance and have never encountered any significant inconvenience.
Recently, I submitted a maintenance request for a few issues, all of which were resolved smoothly. The most challenging problem involved the heater, but thanks to Jose's leadership, it was successfully... addressed. Although the process took longer than expected, I was impressed by the patience and professionalism shown by Jose and his team. I would also like to extend my gratitude to his team members, Luis and Carlos.
Before moving to my current unit, I lived on the 9th floor for three years, where I recall Jose efficiently resolving several significant issues.
Prior to living here, I stayed in a UCLA graduate apartment and in Finland, where I was generally satisfied with the maintenance services. However, my experience with the Linea maintenance team has been exceptional. Their kindness and dedication go above and beyond, making any minor inconveniences of living here seem insignificant.
