I've been living here for over 10 years. This complex use to be a wonderful place to live. Quiet and affordable with a tight knit community within. After the new management took over in Dec. 2022, the complex has steadily declined. There has been non-stop construction going on, even without informing the tenants. Construction happening after 7pm and even on Sundays. A lot of the upgrades they have made were met negatively since they were poorly planned and not done correctly, so the management... had to redo them, which has been a constant issue here. We've been living in a LOUD construction zone since the new company took over with no end in site. They have RAISED the rates on our Laundry room to $4 a load to wash and to dry. Several of the "UPGRADED" units have had multiple electrical and plumbing issues and when brought to the property managements attention, they are ignored. If viewing the apartments, please make sure they properly disclose everything up front. A lot of the new tenants that come in with a high expectation are left disappointed.
