The owners of this place have Installed lights directly on the front of this building that face our building and they are so bright it makes it extremely difficult to sleep or enjoy the comfort of our home. We have attempted to contact the managers multiple times to come to a solution, but to no avail they will not oblige. 0 stars for the lack of respect for the neighborhood.

Cons:
The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced. The trash shoots stink and need to be washed. The drains in the bathroom are always clogged no matter what management does. The garages are too easy to get into. Our car has been broken into twice, and we've seen other cars that have experienced similar fates. despite these issues, management will still raise your rent at the end of your lease.
