Hazardous to your Health.
Even though it says in the lease it is a non smoking building, tenants are allowed to smoke and smoke a lot. Landlord just looks the other way as second hand cigarette smoke streams into your apartment. If you are concerned about the effects of second hand cigarette smoke and you care about being healthy do not move here.
