Front door Broken then worsened
Aside from roaches, destroyed mail boxes and garage door that works half of the time, the front door lock was broken for at least a month and when they finally replaced the lock. Neither residents and the delivery drivers can come in unless they happen upon someone coming out, garage or stairs that don’t connect to the lobby / elevator.
There’s always something broken because of neglect from the management company. Poorly maintained building and the only time they began fixing anything is right... before a city inspection because of the unhygienic mess outside when that was the first and last time someone hosing the sidewalk because of some owners not picking after their dogs and homeless.
Management company puts in the barest minimum to not get sued because of the nearby homeless camps.
Price is a steal because they even tried to lie on the lease that this building isn’t rent controlled. Quick search of the building to public records shows this building built in 1987.

Dangerous dirty and unsafe
I recommend staying away from this place. I had my vehicle stolen from the parking garage, we had a break in to our mailbox, the elevator breaks frequently, the security compad at the front door is constantly out of service, sometimes the garage door breaks and you can’t get out for hours, and maintenance requests take upwards of six months to complete. We have also had a number of German cockroaches in our unit. I don’t feel safe here.

Worst maintenance ever!
No mail for weeks. They don't fix anything. Bugs. They don't even answer the phones anymore.

Lack of maintenance
Management won't do anything it is supposed to do. We haven't had mail in forever and they don't make repairs
