there’s an infestation of roaches and bed bugs everywhere. even in the lobby you’ll find roaches walking around. the roaches would hide behind my fridge and it was so bad there was an ODOR. they don’t do anything and exterminators come once a month even if you request to have it sorted out. i would get bit every night even heat treatments and sprays did not help at all. management sucks, stay away if you like a piece of mind!!! 0 stars

Tried to tour the apartment; landlord was rude and a no-show
I tried to tour the apartment this morning, but the landlord skipped our appointment, so I could not get into the rooms. Walked around the apartment and it was filthy!

If you don’t mind roaches....
This was my first place in LA and reading the other review 3 years later, I’ve realized nothing has changed. We were sold by the newly renovated apartment, but quickly realized that’s as good as it gets. The manager is hardly in his office or on the property for that matter. He’s not very helpful and the tenants pretty much get to do whatever they want because “they do not listen to him”. We pretty much see at least one roach every day. The manager doesn’t notify every unit when there’s work... going on in the building that is disruptive. His way of notification is a written piece of paper that he posts outside the elevator that not everyone uses.
The fitness center has missing weights and overall does not have proper ventilation. It’s just not a well kept building. However, there are good days where roaches and disruptive tenants are not a problem. It’s a good location for the price and it does have central AC. Parking on the street is available more often than not. Fortunately, I’ve never had any issues with break ins in the garage, but I have seen a busted window.
