Lived here from 2023-2024, property manager Tamara is great, maintenance is friendly, rooftop is mostly clean I think they removed pets, laundry is pretty good, little expensive $4.50 for wash + dry. There’s a small gym with multifunctional machines. The neighbors are nice people of all ages never had a problem with any. In comparison to mostly places I’d say this gets 4.5 stars to even 5
