Living at Hi Point is great. Each apartment is renovated with new flooring, new appliances... it makes living there really awesome. You can walk to the best restaurants and you don't have to worry about noise. The apartments are bright and the owners are cool. Awesome place!

Great place to live, close to everything!
This property has been completely redone by a new owner. It is beautiful inside and out, very quiet, in a lovely neighborhood and close to The Grove! You can walk to some of the best places in LA, and come home to a fully renovated, clean, and well-kept property. It's fantastic! The owner cares about each tenant and wants them to have a great living experience. This is a STEAL.
