Terrible Customer Service
I had a terrible experience just now speaking with a young lady on the phone regarding this apartment. First, I could hardly hear her bc of all the clanking in the background. secondly, when I asked clarifying questions she was not very helpful at all and answered them in an exasperated tone. I am big on customer service because that is the first glimpse into what your year at a complex will be like. If you're unsure of how the leasing office employees are, don't waste your money or your... livelihood. I would not recommend this place solely because of a clear disinterest in me as a potential tenant and a lack of care when it came down to assisting me with scheduling an appointment.
