I lived at The Roscomare in Bel Air for three years before buying my home and loved it. It's a fantastic community with a lovely onsite manager, Alva. The management is kind and attentive and always ensures any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment complex is beautiful, with a spectacular pool with gorgeous Bel Air canyon views. It's also next to Roscomare Road Elementary, one of the best elementary schools in Los Angeles. If you're looking to live a little a... little farther out of the city to have some peace and quiet, look no further! This is a great place to live if you're a grad student at UCLA, work in Westwood, Century City or anywhere else on the Westside. It's a definite for anyone that has elementary aged kiddos that doesn't want to pay for private school.
