No central A/C you get a window A/C for one room No working heater Light switches every where but no light bulbs in the room(s) or living room only in bathroom and kitchen/ dining area ICO real estate group manages these apartments They have a horrible manager named Marilu will give the unit w/o a DEEP CLEANING. and then charge you a cleaning fee when you leave Handy man they have has no clue what he is doing or is just lazy and does half fast fixes They charge you water separately and... they go based off the number of people living in the unit Laundry room is never cleaned or maintained Security cameras do not work homeless people are always going into the property I brought all this up to Marilu and she agreed that the unit was not cleaned but she said the company still has the right to charge a cleaning fee even though they do not clean the apartments before new tenant moves in for the amount I paid every month I expected way more. This place looks decent but it’s absolute trash.
