AC broken, $300 PG&E bill due to negligence. Cockroaches, everything is broken, moldy hot tub, FILTHY laundry rooms. Family held at knifepoint by homeless, man murdered down the street, boyfriend was robbed, homeless man arrested for threatening to kill people. No parking. Next to freeway and promiscuous massage parlor.

Horrible
Rent increases at the end of every lease, laundry rooms are always dirty! Some people pay way more then others! Maintenance lady always on her phone. Worst management!!!

Meant for single couples or roommates
Parking is very bad here. If you only have one car you shouldn’t have a problem but having guests will. If you want to live here prepare car towing and car break in parking the car at the street. It’s a quiet place to live but parking sucks and management.
