How Is This Rating Determined?

The Management is rigid and treats unfairly

The property is a good place to live, but the management imposes a huge amount of money during the move-out.

All cleaning jobs are diverted to the person who leaves the property, which is unfair.

Remember, when you move out, not only you lose your deposit, you will pay twice as much as the rent.

The management is not good.

My motorcycle was stolen

Its gated, but it didn't stop robbers from stealing my motorcycle. Poor security and no cameras on the whole complex.

A worthwhile place!

My husband and I really enjoyed living here; very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. We have just one car so parking was never a problem.I wondered what might have happened with parking if we had 2 cars but there would always be a way around issues like that. It's peaceful and quiet most times (except when a baby starts crying next door, which is part of nature I suppose). We got quick responses whenever we needed anything fixed. Other than that, I had no reason to interact with management other than pay... rent before or on the 5th of every month and pick up delivery if we had any. We knew what to do if we had late rent -pay late fee. My husband would have preferred auto payment though but it's ok. I would have liked the pool opened all season and 24 hours but that might not make sense since the management tries to ensure safety- which means staff would need to be present to have the pool opened. Plus it would be terribly cold to take a swim in the pool during the winter anyway. The security patrol takes the job seriously! Loved the greenery and playpen for children.

Much larger then most

We have lived here for a year now and have been very happy with our rental. It is a great complex that is family friendly and has lots of extra like a playground and pool.
