If you like being locked out of the laundry room and the mail room this is the place for you!
This complex keeps changing property management and every time it gets a little worse.
Number 1 complaint - lack of access to facilities such as laundry room and mail. They keep changing the hours and they do not notify the residents. Even posted hours are ignored and you will wait hours for some one to show up at times, especially weekends. Holidays or Office closures get you locked out from laundry and mail.
There is a roach problem and sometimes a dude will show up to gas and sometimes he... doesn't. If you call to say he didn't show office staff says you were on the list and not help any further.
When laundry machines break the office staff refuses to call any help so make sure you use the website on the machines to report otherwise they'll stay broken.
On the other hand the maintainence and cleaning staff i've been around have done a wonderful job and are always helpful when I've needed them for repairs or see them in community spaces.

Endless Headaches
Expect to deal with tremendous, unnecessary inconveniences if you choose to live here. Paying rent is absurdly difficult: the autopay is completely unreliable and no notice is given if a payment doesn't go through. The office staff (good luck ever talking to the manager) will simply shrug their shoulders and blame your bank, despite admitting that many other residents have the same issue.
The complex enforces their own policies militantly; they even forbid simple potted plants for upstairs... residents.
Hopefully you love the sound of heavy yard work at 3:30 or 4:00 AM; I found myself woken up by the sound of lawnmowers on the adjacent golf course multiple times. Since the city does this yard work, local noise ordinances do not apply and the police cannot help you. Homeless people, some of them aggressive and dangerous, browse the dumpsters day and night. Admittedly the office staff does not cause these problems, but they still affect the quality of life for residents.
When you finally become tired of the nonsense and decide to leave, the office staff will place further obstacles in your path. One staff member had the gall to inform me that notice must be given *exactly* 30 days before leaving. Not "at least" 30 days as required by my written lease, not 29 days, not 31 days, but *exactly* 30 days. I may well make some calls to determine whether this is even legal and the correct steps to take if not.
Do not move here, unless you're a fan of roaches, unpredictable vagrants, and red tape.

Nice quiet apartments.
I've been living at these apartment complex for about six years now an I don't have many complains,really nice place if you have kids. Neighbors are friendly, maintenance workers always finish the requested jobs you asked. Pool is clean and nice.
