How Is This Rating Determined?

I’ve lived here a year

The assistant property manager, Jared, is incredibly kind, compassionate, and is always responsive. My unit is nice but that is because I was lucky enough to get an upgraded unit. No major issues inside the unit at all. Parking sucks here but other than typical apartment living nuances, the complex is fine.

dirty carpet and rusted microwave

The carpet was not clean when I moved in and this was noted in the so called walk thru with a woman name Erica. She took note that the carpet was not clean on her own accord.

Since I moved in, I purchased vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaning product and I diligently clean the carpet. On the day of my move out, I again sprayed the carpet with cleaning product and vacuumed.

The carpet, upon my moving out, is far more cleaner than when I moved in.

The apartment charged me $100 for 'carpet'...
cleaning. I disagree with this charge and I have repeatedly requested a refund and was refused.

This, and other items, such as a rusted microwave oven, (which I have pictures), was not acceptable. I want to make sure that all future potential renters are aware of this.

MANAGEMENT NOT SO WONDERFUL!

The complex is GREAT ... however the management is not as wonderful as stated in previous review.
Water, Trash Removal, Sewer IS NOT FREE! They bill you monthly for your utilities and don't ask where they come up with the utility figures because only they know how they are calculating the utilities. So you will want to calculate and budget about an extra $60 more a month for those utilities depending on what size unit you get.

Fantastic Apartment Complex

This apartment complex is very clean, and the management is wonderful. I lived here for about 2 years before moving a little closer to family. During this time, my refrigerator stopped working. I called it in at about 8am. By the time I got home from work at 6pm, it had been replaced. It has garages with washer/dryer hookups. The only downside is that it's located on Union Road, which is a high traffic area. Park off the street and you should be fine.
