Best apartments in Marina Del Rey!

I just moved into Tribeca Urban, and I’m loving it! The building is super clean and feels really safe, which is important to me. What’s even better is the location—I’m right in the middle of everything!

It’s so nice being able to walk to work, stop by my favorite shops, and stroll down to the Marina. I’ve been walking a ton since I moved in because there are so many great restaurants and places to check out nearby. If you’re looking for a fun and convenient spot to live, definitely give Tribeca...

Do your research before choosing Tribeca

Watch out when you rent a place here. While this is a nice building, there are many issues with communication, including:

- late replies to requests, service and support. You will need to ask twice or three times to get a response

- when we moved in, we were told that holes in walls smaller than a dime would not be a problem, and now that we are moving out, they asked for writing proof, not honoring their verbal commitment

- we moved in and had contracted 3 parking spots, we will move out in...
a few weeks and we never had the third spot, one of our vehicles had to be parked in visitor parking for 1 year — and one of our vehicles that was parked on our assigned spot got a tow notice (even though it was registered and parked correctly on the assigned spot)

- bikes are regularly stolen

- many more issues to mention here, most importantly, when we were considering renting a place here, we were told we could not see our place until we moved in (we got access to a demo apartment) — and now that we are moving out, we got calls asking if they (management/leasing) could show our place, which we agreed to once. The leasing office continued to ask if they could show our place, which we declined to, as it is an inconvenience because of COVID and because we are working from home — the leasing office threatened us saying that if we did not comply, they would serve us a 24 hour notice and walk in to show the place.

Do not recommend — there are many new buildings at a reasonable/competitive price where you may get more for what you pay.

Looks nice on the surface

Nice looking property, but overall one of the worst places I have lived in 25 years of renting in LA. The staff is very rude and mostly unhelpful, I had several packages that showed as signed for by the reception go missing. Maintenance service is extremely unreliable, often waiting days to get stuff fixed only to have many things end up more broken than before. I once had someone from maintenance fix a gas stove with duck tape. The property is well landscape but cleanliness of the common... interior areas is very poor. Most windows are so dirty you can’t see out of them anymore, floors are rarely cleaned, often full of dog hair. Garage spots are given to local business so lots of people coming and going with access to the building. The few guest parking spots are often full usually with the same cars that never move dispute the lease stating guess access is limited to 48 hours. The floors are also very thin so if you are not on the top floor you will hear everything.
