A small -to-medium sized community nestled in the hilltop....just as the address (27550 Hillcrest) says. Just a block from the affluent Ladera Ranch community. And nestled behind a top regional hospital....Mission Viejo Hospital. Many nursing and other working professionals happily calling this place home. It's peaceful, quiet, and stunningly beautiful. And it REALLY IS on a hilltop....with gorgeous views and... landscaping and always a nice breeze.
The people here are fantastic. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, great fitness room with everything you need and a big-screen tv, a tightly well-managed community perfectly suited to working professionals.
An extremely well-maintained community. Besides office staff being exceptionally professional and always building community, so too is the maintenance. I have lived in several communities in Ladera Ranch and Irvine and have even worked in residential leasing for the Irvine Company. This community is a most-welcome reprieve and break from the norm. 5-star hands down. And if I could give it more I would.
