Great Townhouse in Convenient Location

I've been living in a 2-bedroom townhouse at Vineyard Court for 6 months and it's been a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend it. I just moved out because I bought a house. Otherwise I'd still be there.

The townhouse was freshly painted with clean carpets and new or newer appliances. We had a one-car garage and one parking space. Never had a problem with parking. Neighbors are quiet and polite.

We have a dog. There are walking/biking paths right next to the complex and a dog park...
that's walking distance.

A Nob Hill is across the street. One block away is Safeway, pizza, movie theaters, and a bowling alley. Basically everything you need is walking distance. The neighborhood and the complex are very safe.

For the price, it's the best rental option in Morgan Hill.
