Awesome facilities and people here. I have enjoyed a lot during my stay. The amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The community is welcoming, and the location is convenient for all my needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Novo is well located! I'm really happy that we are close to the various markets, fast food joints (for those quick lunch runs), and healthcare facilities. Though being on el camino is not the most ideal (smog/noise/etc.), it is convenient!

Unlike apartment buildings I've lived in, things are constantly broken or out of service and don't get fixed, and many of the amenities I thought I was getting turned out to be bait and switch.
The electric rental cars in the basement I based part of my decision to live here on? Nonexistent.
The places to charge my own electric car, with signs posted above them indicating that you're only supposed to park there while charging?
A complete lie- those are people's personal spaces and you will be... towed for parking there.
The hot tub has been broken since July and it is now October, but they keep it filled so when they give tours it looks like we have one.
Usually only half of the grills work at any given time.
The outdoor fireplaces don't work.
Reserving the party room went from free to $350 without notification.
Most importantly, my Air Conditioning doesn't work properly and I was told they couldn't fix it for me, because it's too expensive and "then they'd have to fix it for everyone."

porters are amazing at what they do and the office is always available. The techs are easy going and efficient. The community is close to target and Walmart and Target which is amazing .

I just moved in Friday and the experience so far has been great. There is barley any noise pollution. The amenities are great and everyone at the leasing office is super helpful.
