No Parking.

Apartments are nice, but imagine having to park so far every day when you get home from work that you have to take an Uber back to your apartment building. Every night. That is the reality of living at The Village. We had a 3 bedroom, only 1 vehicle. And we still had to park a mile away. Don't let the little tour they give you fool you. Do not live here.

Worst and dangerous apartment to lived in!

This apartment and lease office is the worst and the worst place you can live in. Parking is number one, you cannot find any parking spot when you came home around 12midnight!if you’re lucky to fiind parking spot, You have to walk atleast 1 mile - 2 miles from your unit! if you are moving in to a new apt like this, you have to know your neighbor first. Our neighbor, scratch our both cars because of the parking issue plus their kids playing basketball everyday at their unit (2nd floor) they... throw their trush in our balcony and the total of people lives in their unit are 7-8 people. They’re also stuck their trush in their balcony. And the office cannot do anything about it. They don’t even talk to those tenants! We are so thankful and greatful the we finished our lease term into this apartment! Worst apartment and people who’s working at the office are also worst and not professional. Please people, don’t try to live here. Go to canyon country or valencia! Parking sucks, dangerous too for the past 2 years that i lived here alot of things happened like breaking windows and will get your stuff. Not safe for
Your family. Please don’t live here if you love your
Family.

Rather camp out off the 5

You have to pay for parking if you have a second car ... maintenance is a joke, and it seems to me that a number of unit house multiple families, thus no parking for visitors. Trash is another big issue, beer cans and bottles can be found though out the complex
. The only upside is my lease is up so I will no longer have to put up with this place
Avoid this place

Not Very Polite Over the Phone Service

I called The Village for more information on the apartments. I am not planning on moving for several months, but as I live in a different state I wanted to get a good idea of different places I like and good areas. The man I spoke with continuously interrupted me. He also made me feel like I shouldn't be looking for apartments so far in advance. I wanted some information on the apartments but he wouldn't let me ask for it, just kept talking over me. When I finally got some questions in, I asked... "how far of a drive it is from the city", before he let me finish and tell him I meant Los Angeles, he started laughing and said "Well what city, we have plenty of cities." I do not plan on moving here.
