I really had a great experience living here. Leslie (the apartment manager) is such a kind and caring person. If there were ever any problems, she would take care of it. I would often see her cleaning the hallways or the laundry rooms late at night so the tenants wouldn’t be inconvenienced or disturbed. The company itself seemed to always be on top of things as well. There were a few things that happened in the building that were commonplace within the North Hollywood area (car/mailbox... break-ins) but the management made sure to monitor closely and also installed more cameras to ensure safety. I really miss living here and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a low key, quiet building to live in.

Do not live here.
First of all, within the past year there has been a car stolen out of the garage and mailboxes were broken with lots of mail being stolen. This is not a safe place to live. Also, you will have a terrible, extremely lazy landlord who will refuse to fix things. We had mold in bathroom and under the floors and nothing was done about it. The place is loterally falling apart. we constantly have had our water turned off for full days because of so many pipes leaking. The landlord will avoid calls and... you won't see her for days at a time. Very very lazy. There is nothing even remotely ok with this apartment.
