This property has checked all of the boxes that I was looking for when I initially signed the lease. I was the first tenant that moved into the building and it has definitely lived up to the expectations. Have had no issues at all with the unit and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The only small issue with this place has been a garage parking gate that has had it's moments, but other than that no complaints. Mark is easily the best Property Manager that I have ever had in my apartment... experiences. He is extremely attentive and has responded to my requests and inquiries on a texting first-name basis. He goes above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends!

Poorly built, ants, no common area wifi, no gym as promised
We were looking for a brand new and small community, this was the one community that seemed suitable to us and able to fit our needs, but first off, leasing did not go smoothly at all. I understand there were certain requirements but I sent many texts and emails with no response.
Once we moved in, we found many scratches and cracks in the apartment, the windows were dirty, and within a week, ants started infesting our rooms, running around on all of our new clothing in the closet. We also have... important work to do but there is no wifi in the common area as promised.
The lady manager who gave us a tour is not really friendly or attentive, when she gave us a tour of the building she confirmed there would be wifi in the common area, this came out to be untrue. This is a deal breaker since we must be able to work remotely at home. I would not have moved in if I had known this would be the case, and there is still no gym too.
Our unit is not even facing or close to the road but it sounds like we are hearing airplanes land at night, and during the day it's even worse. The washing machine is also way too aggressive and is top-load, I put it on the delicate cycle and it has ripped my brand new pants. This building is obviously cheaping it out and buying low cost machines. Mark is very respectful, friendly, helpful, responsible and attentive, that is the only thing this building has going for itself.

My apologies about your experience with our company.
You indicated that the reasons for your dissatisfaction were the leasing process, the condition of your apartment, ants, lack of Wi-Fi, our gym being closed, and our washing machine.... However, our records indicate that your experiences did not occur as you described them. For example, we made a special exception for your lease, allowing you to sign a lease for a shorter term while still giving you the move-in special. The issues you had with the apartment itself were addressed immediately. As soon as we received information on your ant situation, we had an exterminator in your unit that same afternoon. Once we were made aware that the Wi-Fi signal was not as strong in the common area, we immediately installed an extender to strengthen the signal. Our gym is currently open and the only reason it was closed was due to Covid-19.
