I have some complaints about this place. I’ve been living here since July 2021 or 2022. When I first moved here, living here was alright but then later on I started seeing things that started bothering me. One was how bad finding parking is after a certain time of day. After 4:30-5:00PM, finding parking in the parking lot is hard unless u get lucky and find someone leaving but majority of time once it’s past 5:00, you’ll have a tough time finding parking. Same thing with parking in the streets... unless u wanna park far and it’s especially even tougher to find parking in the street when it’s trash day. You also have to worry about parking when on Thursdays and Fridays for street sweeping. Second, someone stole my package once during Covid and that’s why when I have packages get delivered I always give delivery instructions if allowed to have it dropped off in front of my apartment door after that time. The previous management at that time didn’t do anything and just said to call the police and file a complaint and that they delete their videos every week or two even though they have cameras in mail room and only manager can see it. Third, the roaches. For awhile my bf and I have dealing with roaches and sometimes my bf and I would wake up in the middle of the night sometimes more than once to a roach or two crawling on us. Pest control guy comes and puts bait gel but it doesn’t really work. Every time my bf wakes up early in morning, I would hear him killing roaches, pounding on the wall and around sink area. We can’t even leave the dog food overnight cause the roaches will be all over it. Fast forward, my refrigerator broke last like December 2024 so now I don’t have a refrigerator and can’t afford to buy another one. I complained to management through email and letting them know that my refrigerator broke due to roaches and that they need to replace my broken refrigerator and that it’s not my fault that this building has a roach problem. Like a couple of days later my bf found a piece of paper near or on door and it was a citation of a first warning and when my bf went to management, they said it’s cause your gf complains too much about the roaches.

NO COMMUNITY KITCHEN
There is NO community kitchen. They should really remove that from their amenities because it has been closed for months and they fail to even provide a time frame of when the kitchen will re-open.

Roaches everywhere
I lived here for almost two years. The first 2 months was ok but after the roaches and bugs kept coming in. I’m a very clean person and cleaned every night but the bugs kept coming from another apartment. Had them spray a bunch of times but no luck getting rid of the bugs. Prices weren’t worth the trouble! Don’t rent here!

Do NOT Live Here
I would give this apartment a negative review if I could. Between the bugs, the brown sink water, the cracked ceilings and doors, the CONSTANT theft of packages, and the absence of any help from on-site or corporate management, there is literally not one good thing I have left to say about this apartment after finally having enough and moving out. Save yourself the stress, worry and sanity and find another place...any other place to live. Stay as far away from Studio Village Apartments as you... can.

rather live back in Afghanistan than back here again
cant give it a 0 star, so had to give it 1 star, which was frankly 3 starts too many. apartment was filled with roaches and other bugs all the time when lights when off, forcing you to keep lights on 24/7. Room also smelled like stale mold, and mildewed cheese. parking was always full, and trash always overflowed into parking lot and spaces. management was never to be found when the roof started leaking (pouring in actually) for no reason when it rained, causing bed and carpeted floor to become... drenched with water, contributing to more mildew and mold smell. random people would be allowed into the building, even of they were not residence of there, and maintenance would randomly enter apartment and move things around and go through stuff in my apartment without warning or notification beforehand.
