Moving out for the first time, I was skeptic how the whole process was going to go. Paola from the front desk made it an absolute breeze! Besides having such a positive and energetic attitude, she was very thorough with her explanation of things and was able to answer all of our questions. The place itself is kept very clean, and from what I can tell, the rest of the management staff are consistently making changes to keep the place updated.
