Just OK nothing more
Prices continue to go up with no improvements other than aesthetics. Add something of value. They charge like it’s a luxury building with the prices your better of going to one of the new buildings. Terrible parking out front for guest, 2 times our cars have been hit and damaged out front. The gym equipment is half broken and rarely gets fixed or improved so don’t plan on actually using it for much. (They did add some graphics to the wall super exciting) The Laundry room is always having issues... if something happens to your clothes o well best of luck to you. If your car gets damaged because of leaking pipes and rust forget it they don’t care. Your out of pocket hundreds to get your car fixed. The owners do not care about the tenants your just a number.
The only good thing about this place is the location and a few nice residents.
Coming from a person who has lived here for years.

Home!
This isn't by far my favorite community I've lived in. It's always very clean and the staff is friendly. Our manager is part time but she's always easy to contact on her cell. I moved in with my boyfriend and Vanessa mentioned we'd only have a single spot for two cars, she explained that the unit comes with the parking spot that was last attached to the unit but could get upgraded. Now it did take sometime, but she gave us a double and we're very happy. My one bedroom is 800sqft and has a... massive walk in closet and bathroom. It's perfect space to call home. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, I don't have much to complaint about. I do wish they were pet friendly but the community and service makes up for that. It's an easy commute to anywhere you're going. I truly appreciate Vanessa and the work she puts into our building!

Windfaire Apartments
The location is brilliant and superb for family,friends and roomies.Whatever your need: Movies ,a park,workout,metro, restaurants all in walking distance to sooth the soul. The Apartment complex is clean,approachable and affordable for all. Enjoy a little R and R but feel chic in the neighborhood.

It's all good and kinda great.
In the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District, Windfaire Apartments is walking distance to literally everything you need: gym, coffee, Starbucks, Ralph's and some cool bars. The building itself is nice for the price you pay. I did my research and it's definitely one of the cheapest places in the area. No complaints with Maintenance or Building Manager. The biggest flaw is that in a lot of the spaces there is no fridge or ceiling lights--you have to install yourself. Washer & Dryer in Lobby... work well. Covered parking is great but you have to park back to back with your roommate.
