Nice building, but management doesn't take security seriously
The main door has not been shutting on its own for weeks. Residents have been asked to pull the door closed, but often they don't. Management is taking in hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in rent. How hard can it be to get a simple door closure repair right away?
Several bikes have been stolen from the bike room, and management has posted photos around the building of intruders we are told to beware of.
