When i first moved here it was the pits. Why because this place has had many managers within my 11 years of living here. They come and go and do not stay long. This place needs to get it together amongst other things.

Oak Village used to be a beautiful place to live. But since changing to the newer ownership, the conditions of the common areas as well as the individual apartments has deteriorated terribly. They went down from two full time maintenance people to just one, and also changed the landscapers, so all that used to be kept in good and clean condition is now dirty and rundown. It used to be that we could get our apartments painted and carpet and windows replaced when needed, but no longer since the... change in ownership. I know of so many residents who have already or are planning to move out because they are fed up with how everything has changed, from feeling like being respected and cared for by ownership, to feeling deprived of what used to be a lovely place to live to now being a place where ownership is not concerned about its residents and the quality of their housing. The AVANATH OAK VILLAGE management properties has been wonderful I most say, it been exciting experience.

I did not see note of the current changes until Saturday March 9th

& come to find it was our maintenance person ARMOI' GIRLfriends car in my parking space per. Our conversation as the AAS TOW Truck had arrived to tow the vehicle.

This apartment complex is wonderful. Is a block away from middle, elementary school. Is 1-2 block away from highway 980 and 880 highway and 5 blocks to the downtown Bart. Close to many nice shops such as Starbucks, usps, and a brand new famous coffee shop Pairs Baguette. This complex come with a Free parking. Close to impossible to find a apartment in downtown with free parking. Management are friendly and professional. Rent price are amazing $1000-$1200 range.
