staff is nice and the facilities are new. security is good. my apartment smells like cigarette smoke because my neighbors smoke. if you have verizon there is no cell tower so service is horrible. no wifi in the gym. you can only have 1-2 guests in the game room so you can't use it if you have more than 2 friends. hourly limits on most amenities and some you can't even use unless you pay a ridiculous hourly fee. i could go on about the random noises at night and early morning. currently(2am)... there is music being blasted and nothing being done about it. just avoid this place, it's not worth the rent.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you find our staff, facilities, and courtesy patrol to be positive aspects of the community. However, I sincerely apologize for the concerns you've raised.
We’ll place a... ticket for the wifi in the gym as we do provide the service. We will have a tech take a look as soon as possible. All amenity usage is free, the only time you would be required to pay an affordable small fee is if you are making a private event reservation. Otherwise, it's FREE. I’d also like to address the noise issue, especially the late-night disturbances, which we take seriously. Please know that we will work with courtesy patrol to better manage these incidents.
