I lived here for several years because the owners keep the place very well-maintained. Flooring, cabinets and bathrooms are very simple and basic. Maintenance staff is very responsive, friendly and competent. Landscaping is very good. Pool, hot tub and barbecues always well-maintained and clean.
Beware of the Property Manager. She isn’t friendly or approachable. Keeping her boss happy far outweighs tenant satisfaction.

They Never reply to emails. Dont return phone messages. Show no available units but boast a GIANT NOW LEASING sign in front of complex. No saturday or sunday hours. Very lame.
